About the Team Enterprise Services and Public Affairs seeks to enhance and protect the reputation of Citi, its businesses and the brand through direct and indirect communication with Citi's various stakeholders, including our colleagues. The Global Communications team is a nimble group in Enterprise Services and Public Affairs that covers a broad scope of responsibilities, ranging from executive communications and public engagements to quarterly earnings and corporate reputation programs as well as communications that support our lines of business. The nature of the work provides a dynamic environment where members of the team serve as company spokespeople to media, drive engagement with colleagues and develop external and internal digital communications for a global workforce of more than 200,000 colleagues. Vice President, Creative Asset Specialist, Creative and Media Services (C13) Are you a detail-obsessed post production pro who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment? Citi's Creative and Media Services team is looking for a versatile Creative Asset Specialist to help our team bring compelling and impactful visuals to life. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our dynamic team to craft high-quality content that engages and informs. You have a sharp eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects without missing a beat. Great interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders throughout the organization are essential. Candidates must be highly motivated and flexible with the ability to take initiative and collaborate cross-functionally in a high-pressure environment. This is a hybrid (3 days/week) role based in New York, NY. Responsibilities Support creative development and execution of assets and versioning across multiple content delivery platforms such as social and digital signage. Manage and organize digital creative assets, including graphics, video clips and post-production materials, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly archived. Partner with team members to champion innovative approaches and cutting-edge techniques in content creation, ensuring high-quality, impactful assets that push creative boundaries across all platforms. Maintain the team's media asset management system while implementing and enforcing best practices for asset management, version control and file organization across platforms. Maintain a centralized library of assets and ensure availability for colleagues throughout the function. Explore and implement new production techniques, technologies, and tools to enhance the quality, efficiency, and creative potential of content across all platforms. Support the creative team with production tasks as needed. Contribute creative solutions, new methods and advise on recommended production and technology upgrades. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets. Qualifications Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Design, Communications, Marketing or related field required. A strong portfolio of work showcasing technical skills and creative edge across a range of digital channels. Strong understanding of creative workflows in both graphics and video production. Minimum 6 - 10 years experience in graphic design, multimedia production or related field with increased responsibility, preferably with a large and complex organization. Must be proficient in various multimedia and design technologies across the Adobe Creative Suite. Strong communications (written, verbal and interpersonal) skills, including tact, diplomacy, and ability to influence senior executives. Integrity, maturity, dependability, a positive professional attitude. A team player who will implement initiatives effectively and motivate others to carry out their work. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Experience or demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment within a heavily matrixed organization. Track record of success in delivering high quality work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
