Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr We are seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to lead and execute social media strategies that drive engagement, growth, and brand relevance across platforms like Instagram and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social trends, content strategy, and influencer marketing, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver high-quality social media content. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and creative social media leader to shape the digital presence of multiple brands while driving meaningful engagement and growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies that align with brand objectives, focusing on follower growth, engagement, and content performance. Oversee social media strategy execution for clients, managing daily content plans across various platforms. Implement "always-on" strategies that balance speed and quality to maximize reach and engagement. Content Development & Creative Direction: Create and manage content plans tied to key campaign tentpoles. Provide creative guidelines for social aesthetics, including imagery, copy, and overall creative approach. Help produce and support quarterly social content shoots to generate engaging assets. Client Consultation & Best Practices: Conduct audits and refinements of client social media presence, advising on platform best practices. Present key insights and recommendations on boosting strategies and content optimization. Influencer & Talent Collaborations: Work closely with the influencer marketing team to develop campaign strategies and oversee execution. Identify and recommend content creators for brand partnerships. Manage contracting, negotiations, confirmations, and asset delivery for influencer collaborations. Oversee reporting and payment systems for influencer partnerships. Experience managing celebrity, thought leaders and influencer social campaigns is a plus. Utilize social media and content management tools to track performance, engagement, and growth metrics. Monitor trends and platform updates to refine social strategies and maximize impact. Qualifications & Experience: 5+ years of experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Proven experience in social content strategy, influencer marketing, and brand storytelling. Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and engagement tactics for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. Experience working with lifestyle, entertainment, or celebrity-driven accounts is a plus. Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later) and analytics platforms. Strong communication, project management, and client relationship skills.
