Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (Remote / WFH Fridays) Contract Duration: 3 months Overview: This full-time contract position is responsible for aligning business objectives with Family Members and the Company's Core Values and Guiding Principles. The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) serves as an HR advisor for management at the Home Office in the areas of Emergency Responder, Mediator, HR Operations, and day-to-day performance management. The HRBP assists with change management initiatives, proactively supports best practices, and monitors compliance across all functions within the organization. This role coordinates the development and execution of programs, policies, and activities that benefit the employee/employer relationship. Additionally, the HRBP leads run-the-business HR projects, partnering with Legal, Field HR, Risk Management, Communications, and Restaurant Operations. Responsibilities: Provide guidance and consultative services to leadership. Partner on talent and development initiatives. Work on programs that enhance family members' experiences. Provide guidance and support to employees and management. Assist with change management initiatives. Monitor compliance and support best practices across the organization. Coordinate the development and execution of HR programs and policies. Lead HR projects in collaboration with various departments. Must-Have Skills / Technologies: 2-3 years of experience in HR roles. 1-2 years of experience with Workday. Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables. Strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to present and communicate effectively with leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr
