As the Administrative Director, you will lead our clinical labs, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional results and save lives. Administrative Director, Laboratory Services | Queens Campus We are looking for an experienced laboratory professional to lead our Anatomic and Clinical Lab Services. In this high-level role, you will blend top-notch administrative services with life-changing science. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance, managing personnel, coordinating the budget, and participating in strategic planning. You will be a key part of the prestigious NewYork-Presbyterian Regional Hospital Network, which is part of the NYP Enterprise. This network offers access to top-ranking physicians and a wealth of resources, including some of the most respected leaders in the medical field. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary groups representing the clinical labs and will be responsible for managing identified internal and external projects. Additionally, you will contribute to the successful delivery and completion of initiatives such as the implementation of EPIC Beaker and the construction and expansion of our Chemistry Labs. Key Responsibilities : Elevate client relationships and drive process improvements. Lead a high-performing team through mentoring, training, and development. Ensure regulatory compliance with TJC, CAP, and NYS DOH. Drive strategic planning and organizational development. Oversee the growth of our Outreach Laboratory Service. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology; Master's preferred (Education, Medical Technology, or Health Administration). NYS license as a Clinical Lab Technologist (preferred). 5+ years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting (labs preferred). Exceptional communication, organizational, and training skills.
