Inventory Specialist

Responsibilities Position Responsibilities: * The Inventory Specialist is responsible for implementing inventory accuracy measures and supporting distribution centers and departmental partners to troubleshoot inventory and processing issues * As an Inventory Specialist, you will assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget * You will conduct site evaluations and participate in developing solutions for operational requirements and system fixes, ensuring that warehouse and inventory team members are trained on new functionality * You will assist in acquiring potential new business partner projects and perform virtual and in-person project management to ensure teams can complete projects successfully * Other duties as assigned Qualifications Required Education and Experience: * Bachelor's Degree and 3 to 4 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/ General Education Degree (GED) and 7 plus years of specific experience Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
