Kimley-Horn is seeking a Senior Right of Way Specialist with 4+ years of experience to join the Bellevue Washington (WA) office!Assist in negotiations and acquisition of property and easements needed for both public and private projectsPerform a variety of tasks, supporting various project managers and collaborating with team membersStrong communication and organizational skills are critical4+ years of experience of completing acquisitions, relocations, and management of right of way programs or projects.Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to write and communicate findings clearlyDemonstrated experience in oral presentations and public speakingAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Previous experience with the Department of Transportation (DOT) or public roadway projects specific to the state where the position is located is desirableStrong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlinesHigh attention to detailCritical thinking and analytical skillsDetail-oriented team player with an ability to contribute to a positive work environmentAbility to work independently and as a teamWA state real estate brokers license preferredWA Notary preferredProfessional designations such as SR/WA, PMP, RWP, RWA, or other similar designations are a plusSalary Range:$86,000 - $109,000Eligible for Performance Based Bonus CompensationAt Kimley-Horn, we do things differently.
