Who we are looking for We are looking for a Compliance Risk Testing Manager to join a team of professionals who develop and execute regulatory testing and controls testing to provide reasonable assurance that State Street is complying with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. As part of a collaborative global team, you will have an active role in the development of the Compliance Risk Testing plan for your team's areas of coverage, and oversee your direct team's execution of strategically important testing. This position is perfect for an individual who has a solid knowledge of banking regulations and related risk assessments, internal controls, and/or compliance or audit functions. This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home to match your needs and role requirements. Note that office attendance is subject to country-specific requirements. Shift pattern in Boston, US is 4 days onsite, 1 day remote. We will also consider candidates from UK (London, Edinburgh) or Ireland (Dublin, Kilkenny).
