Director of Federal & Integrated Regulatory GuidanceLocation:Remote (Regional Coverage) Employment Type:Full-Time/Perm Description: As the Director of Federal & Integrated Regulatory Guidance, you will lead a team of regulatory professionals who analyze evolving regulations, collaborate with business teams to understand their impact, and provide strategic guidance to ensure compliance. You will be responsible for regulatory oversight and interpretation across a broad portfolio of federally integrated healthcare products. This role primarily operates remotely, with in-office presence required for key meetings, collaboration, or business needs. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree Minimum seven (7) years of experience working with healthcare regulations, including leadership roles in compliance or regulatory departments In-depth knowledge of healthcare law, policies, and managed care regulatory requirements Expertise in compliance programs and regulatory frameworks for health plan operations Strong leadership skills to direct and supervise personnel Ability to develop and maintain relationships across internal business groups and external agencies Desired Skills: Strategic thinking and analytical skills Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills Integrity, confidentiality, and problem-solving abilities Experience using legal research applications Proficiency in stakeholder engagement, policy interpretation, and risk assessment Compensation:Pay Range: $105,000 - $150,000 Benefits:A comprehensive benefits package is offered.
