Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this position offers stability, teamwork, and opportunities to refine your skills in a collaborative setting.What You'll Do as an Accounts Payable Specialist:Process and code high-volume freight invoices with accuracy. Assist with bi-weekly check runs to ensure timely vendor payments. Research vendor invoices and statements, resolving discrepancies and tracking payment status. Maintain strong vendor communication, addressing inquiries professionally and efficiently. Support filing, documentation, and other accounts payable functions as needed.What We're Looking For in an Accounts Payable Specialist:3+ years of accounts payable experience in a fast-paced environment. Experience managing multiple-entity accounts payable (a plus, but not required). Strong understanding of 3-way matching in invoice processing. Ability to quickly adapt to new software systems. Intermediate Excel skills. Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills to meet deadlines.
