Accounts Payable Specialist Hybrid Schedule! About the Company & Opportunity My client is a well-established real estate firm conveniently located in Midtown, Manhattan near multiple forms of public transportation Real estate experience a plus, but not required! A great role for someone with accounting skills looking to break into the industry Firm is in high growth mode and continuing to grow / promote from within. Equipment provided for remote work; This role will be hybrid in office Responsibilities of the Accounts Payables Specialist will include: Accounts Payable - handle approximately 100 invoices per week via Yardi/AvidXchange Assist with invoicing, ensuring all payment terms are consistent with agreements and contracts Communicate with vendors daily to ensure invoices are correct / ask for revisions when needed Qualifications of the Accounts Payables Specialist: Up to one year of Accounts Payable experience; open to industry Experience with an accounting/ERP system such as AvidXchange or Yardi is a plus not a must Basic skills via Microsoft Excel#INDEC2023 #CBDEC2023
