ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Keep track of the loan prepaid expense accounts. Follow up on reporting financial covenants and documents. Review and update insurance information for loans; scan and upload to Imaging System. Call Back daily loan payments and loan booking information against IBS system. Prepare CLX deal information for loans. Prepare commitment letter. Assist with loan closing and booking of all loans including new loans, renewal, and extensions. Scan and upload credit and legal files in Imaging System. Order flood determination, credit reports, appraisal reports and Phase I Environmental Reports. Prepare payoff demand letter. Prepare underwriting reports for new loans, renewals, amendments and waivers. QUALIFICATIONS Education: College degree in accounting or finance preferred, but not required Experience: Experience in a lending or banking preferred, but not required Skills/Ability: Proficient with Microsoft applications; Proficient in verbal and written communication skills in English; Bilingual in English and Chinese a plus. OTHER DETAILS Loan Assistant: $20.67 - $22.60 / hourSr. Loan Assistant: $22.60 - $24.75 / hourPay determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.This position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
