Chateau Marmont is seeking a professional and dependable server to join our team during the graveyard shift, from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM . In this role, you will provide exceptional service to guests during late hours, ensuring a high standard of service and maintaining a comfortable dining experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests and take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner. Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing requests, offering assistance, and handling concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure proper order preparation and timing. Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions. Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a safe and clean working environment. Assist with restocking supplies and inventory management as needed. Qualifications: 2+ years previous server or hospitality experience  Availability to work the late-night shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and able to handle a variety of tasks throughout the shift. Must be at least 21 years of age.
