Organize work area, consolidate and stack boxes. Clean out grinder and drums before grinding different color material. Process scrap material through grinding machines. Weigh customer scrap after regrind and provide weights for Accounting. Identify all boxes of reground material by color number. Assess the availability of boxes and skids for the storage of regrind materials. Keep various types of scrap (flex, purge, slugs, etc.) segregated for disposition by Recycling Supervisor. Operate forklift for material handling. Segregate flexible material from other materials. Job RequirementsHigh school diploma Ability to operate forklift , band saw, hand tools and any other equipment required to recycle material safely Capable of identifying color difference Good communication skills Dependability, good attendance Ability to work independently in a team environment This is a good company looking for reliable, career minded candidates.
