Job Summary The General Manager will oversee the operations of Upkeep, drive revenue growth, manage social media and digital presence, and ensure an outstanding client experience. This role requires a leader who can inspire a team, manage operational details, and implement creative strategies to grow the business, both offline and online. Key Responsibilities Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with all medical, legal, and safety standards. Develop and implement efficient processes to optimize client experience and staff productivity. Manage inventory, scheduling, and other operational logistics. Social Media & Marketing: Oversee the med spa's social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and others. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns to attract and retain clients. Plan and produce engaging content, such as client success stories, before-and-after images, and promotional materials. Analyze social media performance metrics to inform strategy and ensure ROI. Respond to client inquiries and reviews on social media, fostering a positive online reputation. Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing team of aesthetic providers, front desk staff, and support personnel. Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to ensure team success and professional development. Conduct regular team meetings to align goals and foster a collaborative environment. Drive revenue growth through effective management of services, promotions, and retail sales. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue per client, sales per labor hour, and customer retention. Develop and manage budgets, ensuring profitability while maintaining high-quality service standards. Client Experience: Cultivate a welcoming and luxurious environment that prioritizes client satisfaction. Handle escalated client concerns and ensure swift resolution. Implement feedback systems to continuously enhance the client experience. Qualifications Experience:Minimum of 5 years in management, preferably in a medical spa, aesthetics, luxury hospitality, or related industry. Social Media Expertise:Experience managing social media platforms for a business, including creating content, scheduling posts, and analyzing metrics. Leadership:Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve sales and operational goals. Business Acumen:Strong understanding of revenue management, KPIs, and budgeting. Skills:Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Compensation and Benefits Base Salary:$60,000-$75,000 (commensurate with experience and location).
