You will create, implement and enforce content policy for Trust & Safety. This is a cross-functional position working with multiple teams to ensure our Trust & Safety procedures are aligned with industry best practices. Summary: Serve as the subject-matter expert on all policy creation, research and global content regulations. Policy writing including but not limited to: misinformation, hate speech, fake news, crime, etc. Experience taking policy products from initial strategy to framework design to full product launch. Train data labeling teams on product policy. Work closely with product teams on the creation and implementation of new products with the goal of ensuring Trust & Safety procedures are aligned with industry best practices. Guide and create policy for data tagging and data labeling utilizing MLOps. Experience: 3-4 years experience in product policy. Excellent communication, writing and analytical skills. Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills. Education: Bachelors in Public Policy, Legal, Anthropology, Sociology, Communications, or related field.
