ResponsibilitiesDefine & Execute the Tech Vision:Architect, build, and scale a robust AI-powered platform. Fullstack Development Leadership:Lead hands-on development across the stack (React, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, AWS) while laying the foundation for a high-performing tech team. AI & Automation:Leverage the latest AI models and automation tools to optimize workflows and enhance product capabilities. Product & Business Alignment:Work closely with the founding team to translate business goals into scalable technology. Recruit & Lead the Engineering Team:Build and mentor a world-class engineering team as the company scales. Scalability & Security:Implement best practices for infrastructure, data security, and DevOps. Continuous Improvement:Stay ahead of tech trends and introduce innovative solutions to enhance development efficiency. RequirementsYC Alumni is a Plus:Experience as a CTO or technical leader in a Y Combinator-backed startup. Experience:7+ years in software development, with experience leading projects or teams. Technical Expertise:Strong skills in fullstack development with React, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure). AI & ML Experience:Hands-on experience with AI/ML models, NLP, data pipelines, or automation tools is a plus. Startup Mindset:Passion for building from scratch, thriving in ambiguity, and executing with speed. Leadership & Communication:Ability to build and inspire a technical team while aligning with business strategy.
