About the job The Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales goals through customer outreach, customer retention and company growth initiatives. This role requires strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with the broader sales organization. This is primarily an inside sales position. Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, engaging potential customers through outbound calls and emails, educating customers about TPBs product portfolio, converting leads into sales, and building relationships to grow accounts. The normal shift is 40 hours per week, in a hybrid environment (2 set days from home, 3 in the office). This position may require some travel to clients and Trade Shows. Trade Shows usually require work after regular office hours and on weekends. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
