Position Overview The Database Senior Manager is responsible for data entry, maintenance, analysis, and reporting in OSI's CRM platform Raiser Edge (RE), as well as oversight of the general functioning of RE and additional fundraising reporting outside of the system. The position reports to and works closely with the Director of Development Operations and Events to ensure best practice and continuity across OSI's use of RE. The Senior Manager builds reports and dashboards and recommends plans for growing and improving the use of RE to support OSI's fundraising initiatives and events. This position implements the organization's procedures for RE use, maintaining guidelines and providing guidance and training to the development team and other colleagues. The Senior Manager also ensures policies and procedures are followed by developing, running, or delegating maintenance queries in the system. The role is responsible for database supervision, data retrieval, report customization and analysis, policies and procedures, security, data entry, and data quality control. #J-18808-Ljbffr
