Senior Brand Manager, Marsh McLennan

Company: MMC Corporate Description: The Senior Brand Manager, Marsh McLennan, is responsible for driving initiatives to support the Marsh McLennan brand strategy and lead a team of brand management specialists. The Senior Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of a comprehensive brand strategy that supports growth across Marsh McLennan. This position requires strategic thinking, innovative problem-solving and exceptional leadership skills to enhance our brand presence and drive marketing efforts. This role reports to the Head of Brand and can be based in New York, NY or Chicago, IL. We will count on you to: Work with a team of brand management specialists to support brand strategy Build and enhance brand presence across various channels and platforms, including leading marketing efforts for cross-business initiatives and select events Identify and implement innovative solutions (e.g., sponsorships, advertising) to enhance brand visibility and engagement Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategy implementation Oversee brand measurement strategy, execution and analysis Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize brand impact What you need to have: A Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Design, Brand, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising A minimum of 10 years of experience in brand marketing What makes you stand out: Be credible in front of senior business decision-makers/stakeholders to provide brand advice based upon good understanding of business/markets we are in Have excellent project management and organizational abilities Have strong leadership abilities, including the ability to develop talent and build a high-performing team Have strong influence skills and ability to work successfully with peers, a true team player Possess strong communications and presentation skills Have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Be a creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving Why join our team: We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work, and supportive leaders. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
