Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Director of Financial Planning and Analysis Our client is one of the largest charitable nonprofits in the US. They are seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to join their team. The primary responsibility of this position is to support the Vice President of Finance by providing analytical decision support, financial reporting, projections, and budget development. Other Key Responsibilities: Use tools like Excel to generate financial reports, identify cost savings, additional income opportunities, and time-saving measures. Independently develop financial projections, simulations, and proforma budgets for various business units. Oversee monthly budget progress for branches, develop guidelines, and lead the preparation of the annual capital and operating plans. Manage preparation of financial statements. Ensure timely internal and external compliance reporting related to financial obligations like bonds and loans. Work closely with different branches and departments to ensure their financial reporting and analysis needs are met. Key Qualifications: Experience working with non-profit organizations Knowledge of Accounting & Finance Project Management & Organizational Skills 4+ years of experience in analytics Experience collecting & analysing data Knowledge of Oracle Applications, Workday, Salesforce, AS400, and other software programs desired but not essential Compensation: $140,000-$165,000 Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level Employment Type: Full-time Job Function: Finance Industries: Non-profit Organizations #J-18808-Ljbffr
