The Technology Portfolio Manager is a vital role within Services Technology: To manage the whole portfolio under GLOBAL Payments Shared Services, Client Enablement and Asia Cluster. The role will involve managing, planning and working with a team and multiple stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of Financial Management of a Technology department. Job background/ context: Citi is operating in a continually changing environment and Portfolio Management is a key part of that in driving forward sustained change in a complex & challenging market. The individual appointed will form part of a Portfolio Team who are responsible for managing all aspects of Financial Management of a Technology department. Highly visible role working in partnership with internal and external parties such as senior management, product partners, developers & vendors. Key Responsibilities: Successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire Portfolio (current and future engagements). In respect of these, they will be responsible for: Portfolio Management - financial planning and forecasting of the Book of Work for Shared Services, Client Enablement and Asia Cluster. Escalation and Issue resolutions. Preparation of all procedures in line with Global PMO standards and Procedures. Ensuring appropriate approval is in place for funding, SoWs, etc. Assess, understand & manage interdependencies with other work streams. Manage communications & reporting. Manage stakeholders. Prerequisite Skills/Knowledge: Superior Excel skills (Data capture, Extraction, Reporting etc). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to manage, negotiate & influence stakeholders. Superior Presentation skills (Creation and presentation of decks). Technology project Financial Management. Demonstrable ability to interact with senior management. Ability to manage numerous competing concurrent activities. Experience in managing vendors, raising/negotiating Statements of Work. Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills and experience operating within a high-pressure environment. Qualifications: 6-10 years of experience in a technology planning role. Advanced level of experience in Project (Financial) Management. Subject matter expert in at least one area of technology planning. Education: Bachelor's/University degree.
