The Opportunity: As a Alternate Payments Business Sr Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of the Alt Payments initiatives and manage the partnerships for the US and Canada. Reporting to the VP, Gift Cards & Alternate Payments, you will play a critical role in the development and execution of strategies to drive the business. You would be responsible for leading the planning and operation working closely with a vast network of cross functional partners to ensure objectives are met within scope, budget, and timelines. In addition, you will: Develop the overall strategy for Alternate payments future and oversee the execution of a comprehensive alternate payments plan with payment partners (Klarna, Afterpay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Alipay, WeChat). Design and create a strategy that supports the growth of the Alternate Payments business that supports Sephora North America expansion into more partnerships. Lead the planning and implementation of alternate payments projects, monitoring risks and issues, to ensure successful delivery while fostering cross functional teamwork and influencing teams to align on strategy. Monitor alt payments performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data driven decisions. Manage invoice process and partner with accounting to ensure accuracy in reporting and invoices. Drive adoption across functions and business units to support the additional alternate payment vendors that we establish partnerships. Collaborate and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partners including Finance, Accounting, Client Services, Marketing, Retail Operations, IT, Legal. Drive growth of KPIs through development of marketing campaigns gaining alignment internally/externally. Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with cross-functional team to implement changes while driving adoption to changes within alternate payment processes and procedures. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continually improve performance. Identify innovation & channel opportunities for AP growth (i.e., 3rd party retailers, B2B). We're excited about you if you have: 5-7 years of experience in a Retail and/or Marketing experience and managing a team. High level problem solving and analytical skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience in an Excel focused role. The annual base salary range for this position is $151,810.00- $169,670.00. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
