A high-frequency proprietary trading firm is seeking a Desktop Support Consultant to join their Enterprise Technology team, with offices globally in the US, UK, & APAC. Responsibilities: Identify, prioritize, and resolve incidents and requests. Manage desktop support tickets. Install, troubleshoot, and support Windows, Linux, and MacOS desktops and laptops, as well as meeting room AV hardware. Create and manage user accounts and groups. Repair and upgrade hardware, including computers, printers, and scanners. Install, configure, and support telephones. Assist with email system administration. Maintain and update internal documentation on Confluence pages. Skills: Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field. 0-5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of PC hardware, desktop support, and computer internals. Comprehensive understanding of audio/video hardware. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues.
