We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Client Coverage I to join our Corporate Trust team. This role is located in New York City, NY – HYBRID. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Work closely with our clients as well as our Relationship Management, Business Development and Product Management teams to onboard clients. Report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) monthly for clients Prepare clients for entering new accounts by explaining and articulating the level of documentation required, regulations and market expectations. Conduct market analysis and collate data analytics to support the commercial and growth aspects of the business. Ensure that BNY Mellon complies with ‘Know Your Customer’ (KYC) Legislation for all applicable local jurisdictions and the Bank’s own Internal KYC Policies. Prepare or review profiles that have been flagged for escalation during the profile renewal or new business process. Lead and participate in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience focused on onboarding and account planning. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 10 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in Relationship Management, Client Services or Account Management preferred. Proficient in Excel, Power Point and Data Management. At BNY, our culture speaks for itself. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $66,000 and $143,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors. #LI_HYBRID
