Job Summary: What part will you play? * Lead strategic initiatives to accelerate portfolio company growth. * Oversee the growth of a regional sales portfolio, including development of sales goals and engagement plans and strategies for meeting goals. * Work with Sales Directors, Territory Managers (TMs), Inside Sales, and GAF Steep Slope Territory Managers (SSTMs) to improve product adoption and increase footprint. * Provide weekly "Portfolio Health" information and analytics to drive action for Sales and inform decisions for Executive Level. * Ensure that customers obtain the maximum value from their GAF Energy partnership. * Act as the 'voice of the contractor' and incorporate what we do into how they sell. * Act as the point person coordinating with all internal teams to ensure the Contractor's needs are met. * Point of Contact for Enrollment Process: Bringing together GAF SSTMs and GAF Energy TMs. * Organize training: Onboarding (90 Day Playbook) Trainings, ongoing Sales Trainings, Contractor Sales Trainings. * Ensure all hand-offs, introductions, and contacts are shared between GAF Energy (Sales, Operations) and Contractor Teams (Sales, Production). * Manage GAF SSTM involvement and engagement, along with incentive tracking. * Conduct Sales Portal Training. * Review change management efforts. * This role will report to the Sr. Director of Inside Sales. What will you do? * Manage weekly Portfolio review meetings with Inside and Outside Sales, utilizing data, contractor feedback, predictive forecasting, and market health to guide action. * Thoroughly comprehend each portfolio's challenges and needs, then build action plans to support them for short/medium/long-term value creation. * Build and foster strong rapport with cross-functional teams and customers; ensure all stakeholders are aligned on strategy, objectives, priority, and status at all times. * Understand each customer's needs and challenges. * Ensure customers are technically healthy and on the most recent version of our product. * Promote GAF Energy customer success stories and processes. * Ensure any escalated client issues are resolved quickly, using resources from across the company ecosystem. * Work with the Director of Sales Operations to establish portfolio management reporting and tracking to promote business growth among portfolio companies. * Identify and implement continuous improvements and best practices within systems, the team, and the larger organization. What do we require from you? * A track record of strong performance and results in sales. * Self-motivated, project-ownership-driven, disciplined, results-oriented, and flexible. * Demonstrated experience managing complex business development projects in growing companies. * Communicate effectively and tailor your communication style to different audiences. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make timely decisions, sometimes under tight deadlines and pressure. * Ability to build rapport and work effectively with both internal and external customers. * Demonstrate excellent organizational and process management skills, set priorities, and be responsive to customer requests. * Demonstrate excellent learning, negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service skills. * Learn, navigate, and use new tools and systems. * Computer proficiency. Experience using Google Workspace, Salesforce, Tableau, and Looker Studio is a plus. * Out of the box thinking and creative problem solving. * Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time if required. * Must possess a valid driver's license, preferably with a demonstrated record of safe driving.
