Full-Time | $25/hr | Comprehensive Benefits As an Intake Specialist , you'll play a key role in managing new referrals, ensuring accurate patient information, and coordinating communication between patients, caregivers, and our clinical team. Apply today #PM Requirements:Local Candidates Only - You must live in Massachusetts or Rhode Island and be able to commute to our Mansfield office. Experienced in Healthcare Intake Specialist - Minimum 2 years of experience in a home healthcare setting. Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge - Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards. Customer Service Pro - Strong organizational skills and a passion for providing excellent support. Top-Notch Communicator - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with patients, caregivers, and our team. Tech-Savvy - Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other computer programs. Detail-Oriented & Efficient - Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
