Come join a #1 team and do some good!ResponsibilitiesThe Insight & Interactions Hub (IIH) Solutions is seeking highly motivated and talented Software Engineers to join our Insights Nexus Graph team. IIH provides an exciting environment where you can contribute to delivering exceptional solutions by leveraging customer interaction data across multiple channels. In this role, you will address significant business challenges by optimizing current solutions and enabling future innovations using cutting-edge technologies.As a software engineer, you will work alongside data engineers to develop and enhance data ingestion, ETL, and consumption solutions.The Insights Nexus Graph team utilizes the Neo4J Graph database, implementing data models to illustrate the relationships between customers and their digital journeys.To succeed in this position, you should have a solid understanding of software and data (strongly preferred), as well as practical knowledge of infrastructure enablement.
