This is a high-impact leadership role offering the opportunity to shape the financial future of a dynamic organization poised for significant growth. Position Overview : The CFO will oversee all financial aspects of the company, including strategic planning, operational finance, and private equity reporting. This role requires a seasoned financial leader with a deep understanding of private equity-backed environments, expertise in scaling businesses, and a proven ability to deliver operational and financial excellence. Key Responsibilities : Strategic Financial Leadership : Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and private equity goals. Operational Oversight : Lead all financial operations, including FP&A, accounting, treasury, and tax functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Performance Monitoring : Oversee financial performance, including P&L management, cash flow optimization, and EBITDA improvement. Private Equity Collaboration : Serve as the primary liaison with private equity stakeholders, providing detailed financial reporting and insights into key metrics and strategic initiatives. Forecasting & Budgeting : Direct the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans, ensuring alignment with business priorities. M&A and Integration : Support mergers, acquisitions, and integrations, conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and seamless onboarding of new entities. Team Leadership : Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Risk Management & Compliance : Ensure robust internal controls, compliance with regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with executive leadership and operational teams to align financial planning with strategic objectives. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or MBA strongly preferred. 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a CFO or senior leadership role within private equity-backed or high-growth companies. Demonstrated success in scaling businesses and driving financial performance improvements. Advanced expertise in P&L management, cash flow optimization, and strategic planning. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with private equity partners, board members, and executive leadership. Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. Proven ability to lead M&A processes, including due diligence and integration. Experience building and managing high-performing finance teams in hybrid work environments.
