Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr FST Technical Services Commissioning (Cx) division is one of the leading Cx firms in the country. We partner with clients for quality assurance in the design, construction, and post-acceptance phases of building projects. We ensure that equipment in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and associated systems are designed, installed, and functionally tested to meet the clients' requirements and design intent. For this position of Associate Regional Director of Engineering, an excellent salary and benefits package is offered. The ARD of Engineering will support the Regional Director (RD) in providing direction and leadership to the Engineering Managers and the Senior Engineers. This position will also be responsible for supporting the Development and Execution of Annual Regional Operating Plans which identify Revenue, Sales, Support of Process Improvement initiatives and Other Strategic Targets. Responsibilities include the following: Essential Functions Ensure regional staff is organized and fully utilized. Provide guidance and oversight to regional Senior Engineers on new business initiatives. Work with RD to develop ongoing support of the organization. Work with RD to share resources to keep the best staff in front of the client. Review and develop/approve financial reporting on a monthly/quarterly basis. Lead the execution of continued growth, development, and mentoring of staff. Provide technical expertise and guidance on large and/or complicated projects within all regions. Ensure quality control of projects to present the best possible product to the client. Proposal generation and review as required. Relationship management with new and/or strategic clients. Any special projects as required. Requirements: 10+ years Engineering Experience, including 8 years of management experience. Proven track record and excellent customer relation skills. Excellent coaching and mentoring skills. Strong financial and analytical skills. Ability to present in front of a group of people. Excellent interpersonal skills. Must be physically fit and capable of lifting at least 30 pounds and climbing ladders. Salary range from $150,000 to $200,000 DOE.
