Account Director - Fintech - AI for Finance I am recruiting for an Account Director to drive new logo sales for an exciting European Fintech startup with exploding growth. Their AI product offering for Finance helps deliver cutting-edge, AI-powered solutions to streamline operations and drive innovation by enhancing client experience, data quality, automate routine tasks, align processes, and access internal documents in seconds. The product is in production at leading European financial institutions providing tremendous cost savings to these financial institutions. Location: NYC metropolitan area We are looking for a very dynamic new business sales candidates who have a proven track record in selling SaaS solutions to leading Tier 1 & 2 FSI/Insurance institutions. We are looking for a high achiever sales individual, able to penetrate complex organisations and over/ achieve his/her sales objectives. Minimum Requirements Minimum of 7-10 years of selling SaaS solutions to the FSI and insurance market in North America. Bachelor's or MBA degree in Computer Science or Finance preferred. Experience or understanding of AI/ML solutions. A good understanding of IT infrastructure. Good understanding of banking processes, from Front to Middle and Back office. Excellent communication and teamwork with technical and non-technical colleagues. MBA from a leading University.
