Senior Operations Associate, Hedge Fund

Base pay range $115,000.00/yr - $155,000.00/yr Company: $10B+ Hedge Fund Role : Senior Operations Professional Location : New York, NY - 5 days in office Key Responsibilities: Build and manage processes for a newly launched strategy Oversee processes independently and escalate when needed Reconcile daily trades, positions, and cash balances with external parties (banks, brokers, custodians) Maintain data integrity (security master, fee schedules, holiday calendars) Assist in enhancing operational processes Resolve settlement breaks for securities (equities, bonds, options) Run end-of-day PNL process and address issues impacting PNL Key Qualifications: 5-10 years of hedge fund operations experience Strong process-building skills, managing projects through stages Experience with corporate bonds, CDS, Equity TRS, and OTC derivatives Familiar with corporate actions (splits, spin-offs, etc.) Comfortable working with traders/PMs Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Finance and Accounting/Auditing Investment Management and Venture Capital and Private Equity Principals Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Atlantic Group by 2x.
