Associate, Junior Debt Investment

Associates will join Portfolio Advisors' direct mezzanine & junior debt investment team. The team makes debt and equity investments in middle-market sponsored transactions in North America across various industries (generalist strategy). The team leads the majority of its transactions and invests in leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings and structured equity transactions. The Associate will be involved in all aspects of investment transactions, including diligence, financial modeling, execution and post-closing investment monitoring. The Associate will be an integral part of the investment team and is responsible for many important aspects of live transactions, including analyzing investment opportunities, building financial models, drafting investment committee materials and assisting with transaction closing.
