A Global Beauty Skincare Company is seeking a Sales Director to be responsible for overseeing and driving sales performance, in the NYC/tri-state territory, for spa and resort accounts that carry the product and/or offer services. Responsibilities Develop and manage new and existing business and services within spas and resorts that carry the brand. Prospect and close sales leads to generate sales for the company. Responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy to achieve territory sales goals. Manage existing relationships while cultivating and building relationships with new clients. Conduct regular outreaches to clients ensuring the highest level of customer service is upheld. Ensure successful launches of new products within territory. Working closely with the Education Department to ensure trainings for accounts. Manage and maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities. Resolve customer concerns and issues professionally and in a timely manner. Manage sales team in your region. Qualifications 5-10 years experience in a luxury skincare/beauty environment.
