Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Data & Artificial Intelligence. In this role, you will be responsible for growing Data & AI business across new and existing clients. This includes identifying opportunities to grow data & AI services, supporting pre-sales activities, conceptualizing data & AI solutions, and executing plans for clients. You will function as a Vice President for Data & AI practice and liaise with global solutions and delivery teams for solutions design, client presentations, and solution delivery. Your role will function as an overlay of existing technical and domain experts and bring value through Data & AI pursuits and solution management skills. You will be expected to be focused on BFSI industry's realities and pain points and know how to solve these using Data, AI, and technology. Responsibilities Be the primary point of contact for the assigned Data & AI pursuits. Work with the broader sales & account teams for developing strategy to grow data & AI across offerings, collaborate with solutions and delivery to come up with plans that meet the business needs of clients. Responsible for Data & AI revenue and bookings in APAC geography. Develop and design Data & AI based solutions to solve business problems across BFSI value chain. Partner with sales and account management teams to promote data & AI offerings for clients. Partner with Service Lines such as Finance & Risk, Insurance, and technology teams to ensure meaningful business opportunities are identified, developed, and delivered as per client business requirements. Partner with assigned sales teams to create the ideal winning proposal and execute on all presentations, submissions, team creation, and related internal approval processes. Identify opportunities around new technologies and scalable data opportunities to set up large data & AI engagements. Manage client engagements in data & AI, recruit talent in the local market, and engage in proposal writing, white papers, and other thought leadership related activities. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications MBAs/Post Graduation/Graduation in Quantitative Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, etc. Relevant years of Data Management experience and some years of advanced analytics and AI experience. Preferred Qualifications/Skills Experience across data management cycle, advanced analytics, and AI. Ability to handle client engagement, lead sales & solution processes, and oversee execution. Prior experience in selling data engagement in BFSI industry. Experience in interpreting client business problems and conceptualizing solutions with data & AI. The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is ($160,000 to $200,000). The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
