Description The SSC/AA (Space Systems Command/Assured Access to Space) Application Support Administrator and Knowledge Manager will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and providing technical support for various tools, systems, and processes critical to Launch Enterprise operations. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for Directorate personnel, ensuring efficient usage, continuous improvement, and effective knowledge sharing for SSC/AA applications and collaboration platforms. Key Responsibilities: Application Maintenance & Enhancement: Maintain and enhance Assured Access to Space (SSC/AA) applications, tools, and processes to ensure optimal performance and usability. Coordinate with stakeholders to implement upgrades, patches, and feature enhancements in alignment with organizational requirements. Oversee the operational health of these applications, proactively identifying and resolving technical issues. SharePoint Administration: Maintain and update the upcoming launch information and video SharePoint web part on the Inside SSC portal. Work with relevant teams to integrate new functionality and ensure content accuracy. Collaborate on new SharePoint site creation and customization, including mySSC SharePoint (2lt, 3ltr, and Functional sites). Technical Support: Provide email, phone, and in-person support to Directorate personnel for Launch Enterprise Information Systems (EIS) applications, processes, and tools. Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues, escalating more complex problems as necessary. Develop and maintain documentation, FAQs, and training materials to streamline user support. Knowledge Management & Collaboration Tools: Enhance and manage various collaboration tools, including the Training Gateway, Livelink web page/custom view development, and Security Gateway. Develop and implement a Document Commenting System that streamlines review and approval processes. Maintain the Electronic Records Area to ensure compliance with records management policies and regulations. Process Improvement & Training: Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and systems, leveraging user feedback and industry best practices. Conduct user training sessions and develop training materials for newly introduced or enhanced features. Champion knowledge sharing and promote best practices for digital collaboration and recordkeeping within the Directorate. Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to DoD, Air Force, and Space Systems Command policies, directives, and security guidelines. Collaborate with Information Assurance and Security teams to maintain secure systems and data integrity. Requirements: Security Clearance: Active DoD Secret Clearance (or the ability to obtain and maintain one). Knowledge Management Expertise: Must meet the DoD Knowledge Manager (Intermediate or Advanced) requirements as outlined by the DoD Cyber Workforce Framework . Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science from either an ABET-accredited or National Center of Academic Excellence (CAE) designated institution. Training: Demonstrated proficiency or formal training in SharePoint (administration, development, or user support). Certifications: Possession of at least one of the following certifications (or the ability to obtain within a specified timeframe): • Security+ • GSEC • FITSP-O • GICSP • CASP+ • CCNP Security • CISA • SSCP #J-18808-Ljbffr
