Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a SDET/Software Engineer 4 Title: SDET/Software Engineer 4Position type: Full Time - ContractDuration: 12+ MonthsLocation: Woodbridge Township, NJ/New York, NYAs SDET/Software Engineer 4, You would: Lead a team of Selenium developers, providing guidance and support. Drive the implementation and adoption of best practices for test automation. Perform standard developer activities, including code writing, unit testing (manual and automated), build and release processes, and code scanning. Develop and maintain Behavior Driven Development (BDD) test suites using Gherkin, Cucumber, and Selenium. Build and execute functional and non-functional automated tests for RESTful APIs, batch processes, and Angular UIs using tools like BlazeMeter, Cucumber, and Karate. The ideal candidate will have: Selenium development experience. Experience with databases such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, or Teradata. Experience with RESTful or SOAP web services. Experience with risk and regulatory compliance. Experience with technologies involved in the project, including Oracle, Java/J2EE, XML, and Spring Boot. Experience with enterprise-level Case Management and Reporting solutions. Experience with BlazeMeter for performance testing. Understanding of Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD). Proficiency in Selenium, Cucumber, and Gherkin. Experience with API testing (RESTful, SOAP) and performance testing tools (BlazeMeter). Familiarity with version control (GitHub), IDEs (IntelliJ), and CI/CD pipelines (uDeploy, Jenkins).
