Your Impact The Associate of Network Support Recruitment will serve as a key member of the recruitment team, responsible for executing the full recruitment cycle for Network Support roles. This position is critical in identifying, cultivating, and stewarding top-tier, mission-aligned talent for Achievement First's Network Support team. You will partner closely with the Senior Director of Recruitment to ensure that recruitment processes are aligned with AF's mission, vision, and values. Key Responsibilities Full Recruitment Cycle Management Conduct initial candidate interviews to determine eligibility and alignment with AF's mission and values. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and supporting hiring leads with selection decisions. Create and send offer letters to selected candidates. Outreach and Sourcing Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a diverse, high-quality candidate pool. Leverage online platforms such as LinkedIn, Handshake, and other recruitment tools. Foster and maintain strong referral pipelines by engaging teammates and leaders across the network. Collaboration with Hiring Managers Partner with department leads and hiring managers to ensure clarity in role expectations and decision-making processes. Co-facilitate selection debriefs to identify top candidates efficiently and equitably. Data Management and Process Optimization Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment dashboards to ensure data integrity and accessibility. Regularly evaluate recruitment processes and materials for efficiency, bias mitigation, and system improvements. Skills You'll Have The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization. 2+ years of experience in recruitment or general HR with a proven track record of sourcing and selecting high-performing candidates; open to candidates with K-12 education experience as well. Strong proficiency in ATS tools and data management systems. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders. Excellent organizational and time management skills with acute attention to detail. A collaborative spirit with a strong work ethic and commitment to continuous learning. Compensation Achievement First sets salaries are set through a lens of equity, and based on the requisite skills, education, and experience relevant to the role. The salary for this position is $71,437.68. In order to uphold our commitment to equity, Achievement First does not negotiate pay.
