Job Title HR Business Partner Reporting of the role This role reports to the People Director. Overview of the job We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support and guide our HR and talent acquisition initiatives in North America. As the key HR contact for our North America team, this role will be pivotal in fostering a high-performing and engaged workforce while driving people strategies that align with Influencer's business objectives. This role requires a unique blend of strategic and operational expertise. You will be the go-to person for HR-related queries and talent acquisition in North America, ensuring that our US team is supported and developed to meet the agency's goals. 3 best things about the job Strategic Impact: Ability to drive the people strategy for North America, partnering with NA leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals. Talent Acquisition: Owning talent acquisition in North America, managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Global Exposure: Collaborating with the wider People Team, gaining international exposure. Measures of success In the first few months, you would have: Fostered strong relationships with our North America team and have regular check-ins with the leadership team. Taken ownership of our NA HR policies and benefits, and understand the wider People Team systems. Collaborated with the Marketing Team and DEIB group to drive initiatives that enhance our culture. Roles & Responsibilities: Strategy HR Partnership: Partner closely with the NA leadership team to understand business goals and help develop HR strategies. Collaborate with the global People Team to ensure alignment of HR initiatives across regions. Provide guidance on organizational development and employee relations. Champion a positive and inclusive company culture. HR Operations and Administration: Oversee and manage the day-to-day HR administration. Act as the point of contact for employee-related issues. Manage employee lifecycle processes. Ensure compliance with local employment laws. Talent Acquisition: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Director, sourcing and screening candidates. Manage various schedules for interviewing candidates. Accurate use of the ATS for robust data. Pipeline management of quality candidates for upcoming hires. Ensure equality, diversity, and inclusion in our recruitment practices. What you will need: Proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role. Strong understanding of HR best practices and talent acquisition processes. In-depth knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements in North America. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience managing an ATS and recruitment tracker. Ability to identify, own proactive outreach and screening of candidates. SHRM certification is desired but not required. A few of our core benefits: Medical Benefits through Insperity.
