At Westbury Alfa Romeo/Fiat , you'll enjoy: ✅ A positive, professional work environment ✅ Competitive pay and performance bonuses ✅ State-of-the-art, climate-controlled facilities ✅ Union benefits, including pension, medical, dental, vacation, sick, and personal time ✅ Paid ASE certification and manufacturer training ✅ Career growth and advancement from within ✅ Annual recognition Gala for top performers Position: Automotive Technician - Express Lane Technician Job Type: Full-Time 5 day work weekPay: $18.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)Schedule: Monday - Saturday What We Offer: Competitive, knowledge-based pay Weekly production bonuses Year-end bonus with recognition at our annual Gala Flexible schedules Expense-paid tool relocation Technicians consistently earning 45+ hours per week Union benefits package (pension, health, dental, vacation, and more)** Full coverage of ASE certifications and training Job Responsibilities: Express Lane Technician - Job Responsibilities As an Express Lane Technician , you'll play a key role in providing fast, high-quality service to our customers by performing essential maintenance and minor repairs, including: ✅ Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, and replacements (mounting and balancing)✅ Replace wiper blades, brake pads, and complete NY State inspections✅ Handle differential, transmission, and transfer case services✅ Program key fobs and RKE systems, complete software updates, and reset all service and warning lights✅ Check and adjust tire pressure on all tires, including the spare✅ Inspect vehicles for additional service or safety needs✅ Communicate clearly with the service team about any additional work, delays, or updates✅ Document all work performed and recommended on repair orders✅ Road test vehicles when necessary✅ Keep workspaces and customer vehicles clean and in top condition✅ Participate in manufacturer training to stay up-to-date on the latest procedures✅ Safely operate all tools and equipment, and immediately report any safety issues✅ Provide vehicle knowledge and support to customers as needed Customer-first mindset is a must!
