Design, develop, and maintain backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Node.js. Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and stakeholders to create seamless user experiences, particularly with React.js integrations. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and guide junior developers. Participate in the architectural design and development of new features and systems. Ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met while maintaining high-quality code. Work with DevOps teams to deploy and maintain cloud-based applications. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in backend development. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in backend development with Node.js. 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring a development team in an agile environment. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven programming. Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. Proficiency in TypeScript, Express.js, and other relevant frameworks. Knowledge of React.js for frontend development and integration with backend services. Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Familiarity with frontend technologies (React, Angular, or Vue.js) is an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
