Desktop Support (LA)

Candidates with experience in PXE boot, troubleshooting Outlook and printers, software installations via SCCM, basic network troubleshooting, and understanding of terminology. Contract to Hire (Onsite) Skills Required: Proficiency in Windows 10 and 11 imaging using PXE boot. Knowledge of software installations via SCCM and manual installations. Expertise in Outlook and Exchange Administration, including troubleshooting and configuration. Strong skills in physical troubleshooting of laptops and printers. In-depth printer troubleshooting experience. Understanding of networking basics, including SSID (Service Set Identifier) and Wi-Fi encryption protocols (WPA2, WPA3, WEP). Ability to deploy applications using SCCM and troubleshoot issues. Prepared to troubleshoot both hardware and software issues, particularly laptops and printers. For printers, understand how to resolve connectivity and hardware issues, including knowledge of network printers and print servers.
