Base pay range $160,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr AI Specialist Recruiter in MedTech & HealthTech We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with experience in LLM's and GenAI to develop innovative digital health solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies to contribute to the creation of scalable and secure health tech platforms. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy full-stack solutions, leveraging Python, Typescript, and AWS. Build and optimize production-ready systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability for digital health applications. Work on the integration of large language models (LLMs) into health tech products, optimizing their functionality within clinical and patient care environments. Conduct thorough evaluations of software solutions, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and performance standards. Provide mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative environment while promoting best practices in software development and deployment. Qualifications and Experience: Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack software development with a strong background in Python, Typescript, and AWS. Proven expertise in working with large language models (LLMs) and integrating them into production environments. Experience in the digital health industry, with a deep understanding of healthcare technology, compliance, and user needs. Strong experience in building scalable, secure, and performant systems in cloud environments (AWS preferred). A track record of deploying software solutions in fast-paced, innovative environments.
