Some highlights of the role: This position will be supervising helpdesk staff (5-6 people), scheduling shifts and ticketing resolution. Experience with Windows OS / Mac OS basics. Knowledge of MDM solutions for Androids and iPhones. Experience with conference room AV setup and support utilizing Zoom/Teams.
