TOP SKILLS Experience in planning/scheduling, managing operations, and/or managing master data in a supply chain or patient operations setting is preferred. Cell Therapy experience is a plus. Experience working in or managing master data in APEX, GPS, Oracle, SAP, and/or other comparable planning/scheduling systems is preferred. Responsibilities The Master Data Specialist will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining master data elements supporting Client's Cell Therapy treatment center account management. Responsibilities include: Receive information pertaining to apheresis centers, treatment centers, and treatment center personnel to transform into actionable master data entries. Management of other master data elements supporting Scheduling and Cell Logistics' (SCLT) patient treatment scheduling. Participate in projects and working groups as a growth opportunity as operations permit. Implement, review, and maintain master data in SCLT systems to facilitate the enrollment and scheduling of clinical and commercial Cell Therapy patients. Connect and work with SCLT's regional teams (NorAm, EU, APAC) and matrix partners to develop, refine, and execute cross-functional processes associated with account management. Assist with reporting and Key Performance Indicator tracking efforts. Interact with internal and external stakeholders in-person and through electronic/virtual means. Facilitate a positive end-to-end customer experience. Actively participate in tactical and other meetings as assigned. Represent Scheduling and Cell Logistics on cross-functional initiatives as assigned. Provide on-the-job training on areas of subject matter expertise related to account management. Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and provide input into the development of future state processes related to account management. Comply with applicable SOPs, work practices, and other documentation. Accountable for individual performance. Execute project tasks as assigned. Execute working groups tasks as assigned. Experience in planning/scheduling, managing operations, and/or managing master data in a supply chain or patient operations setting is preferred. Cell Therapy experience is a plus.
