This individual will perform a variety of compliance functions, including those related to staff development, in-service training, quality assurance, resident review and infection control.*Qualifications:*· Registered Nurse, current, unrestricted license in good standing with VA DHP.· Nursing Degree from an accredited institution.· Previous experience in quality assurance and staff development preferred.· LTC experience preferred.· Detail oriented, with strengths in dealing with residents, families, supervisors and nursing personnel.· Strong interpersonal skills are essential.*Join a team that reminds you why you became a Nurse.
