Role: Production Supervisor Location: Brown Deer Schedule: A Team You will work in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility that is highly automated, and immaculate. The Production Supervisor directs the overall module operations ensuring the achievement of production objectives at the lowest cost consistent with the company quality standards and customer delivery requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The below list reflects the general details necessary to describe the principle and essential functions of the position and shall not be construed as the only duties that may be assigned for the position. * Works in conjunction with the EHS Manager to establish and maintain all policies and programs to ensure a safe working environment * Prioritize, schedule, and delegate work assignments to ensure the production of company products at the highest quality at the lowest possible cost, meeting company performance standards, and customer specification and delivery requirements, in accordance with company policies and procedures * Ensure the training of new and present employees in the processes and methods required to achieve the company's standards for quality, quantity, safety, and ISO/TS. * Participate in planning meetings, and recommending space, personnel, and equipment requirements * Be part of the hiring process * Recommend preventative maintenance procedures and plan the repair of machines and equipment to minimize downtime * Continually evaluate processes and methods, and recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment, performance, utilization of people, and quality of product * Act as a technical resource to address and resolve inquiries and problems; analyze and resolve work problems, and assist workers in solving work problems * Maintain departmental supplies, tools, equipment, and order as necessary.
