Job Description: JOB SUMMARY: The National Accounts Manager is responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned DSO and emerging DSO accounts for Implant Direct. The individual will identify growth opportunities and develop commercial campaigns to achieve. They will coordinate execution of commercial campaigns in partnership with the Special Markets and Implant Direct field sales team and provide field level support in engaging customers and key decision makers within assigned accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: * Responsible for ID sales growth in assigned regions for DSO, Institutional and EDSO accounts. * Work closely with SAMs/Directors and Sr. Director National Accounts to identify DSO opportunities and build account plans. * Support the ID field in executing the DSO growth plans. Including in-office support/co-travels. * Plays a significant role in converting child accounts at existing DSOs. * Also plays significant role in on-boarding and supporting new conversions/customers to maximize volume. * Provides strategic guidance and coaching to ID field reps in how/where to grow within DSO. * Account lead for onboarding new EDSO's. * Key participant in Implant Direct Growth Room * Manage relationships and drive collaboration across Envista * Travel: 50% (Overnight) Job Requirements: * Bachelors' Degree required; Master's is a plus * Greater than 5 years' experience in field sales role with track record of success * Greater than 3 years dental experience required * Envista experience strongly preferred * Willing to travel up to 50% overnight Target Market Salary Range: Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
