At Redpath Consulting Group, we are looking for a successful Account Executive to join our sales team in the nonprofit sector. You will be responsible for driving growth inside your assigned territory through the execution of sales strategies and partner management of Redpath services, with a focus on growing new accounts. You will manage a book of business by identifying opportunities with new clients in your territory as well as establishing strong relationships with existing clients. You will conduct business in a way that aligns with Redpath's values: trust, passion, equity, and high performance. This position reports to the director of sales. About this role: * As an Account Executive, you will be driving the revenue goals of the company by positioning Redpath's Salesforce solutions to the nonprofit sector. * You are responsible for developing new business opportunities with new and existing clients in the nonprofit sector * Your primary focus will be identifying new business, driving effective discovery, working collaboratively with delivery, and responsible for closing the sale. * You will be selling Redpath implementation, support, and advisory services across a set of prospective and existing clients What you will do: * Identify and cultivate prospective and existing clients with a primary emphasis on hunting for new business. * Generate pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment * Leverage a deep understanding of the way nonprofit institutions operate and the priorities that drive decisions from executive leadership * Effectively identify business problems and objectives and match their needs to compelling Salesforce-based solutions that can be implemented * Build unrivaled trust and rapport with executives and manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building at all levels of the organization * Partner with colleagues and Salesforce to drive value throughout the sales cycle * Elevate others (teammates, prospects and clients, and Salesforce) around you by focusing on their success * Forecast and track key account metrics Required Qualifications * 3+ years experience in selling professional or managed IT services in the cloud * Previous experience in a sales role with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets in the information technology or professional services sector with an emphasis on hunting for new business. * Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others and create raving fans. * Passion for serving the nonprofit sector * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to uphold Redpath's purpose, niche, and values Preferred Qualifications * Salesforce experience * Experience navigating the procurement process within nonprofit organizations * Experience navigating complex business relationships with partners * Google G-Suite experience Redpath provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, gender identity or expression, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, disability, genetic information, marital status, pregnancy status, amnesty, veteran status, medical condition, age, or any other characteristics protected by federal, state and local laws.
