Our shop is a small bistro that offers Mediterranean themed panini's, artisan pizza, salads, sandwiches, charcuterie boards for food service. We are looking for a food preparation specialist to run the kitchen, preparing sandwiches, salads, paninis, pizza and charcuterie This opportunity is for you if: -You can work in a small environment with the ability to multitask. -You enjoy working with food -You work well in small environments and can perform under pressure -You can take direction and work independently -You want to be part of a small family style run operation, where your contributions matter -You can understand and practice food safety procedures Working Hours Comprised of the Following Schedule: Tues - Wed 11AM - 5PM Thursday 11AM - 9PM Friday 11AM - 9PM Saturday 11AM-9PM YOU MUST HAVE RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE AND BE ABLE TO WORK IN INDPENDENT AND FAST PACE ENVIRONMENT. Responsibilities: -Ensure and maintain a clean working area at all times -Learn and produce all artisan food items on menu -Prep all food related items needed for daily food service -Be able to receive and prepare all incoming food orders for dine-in, carryout, catering and delivery accordingly - Clean work/production area to include dish washing, sweeping, mopping of kitchen area -Conduct and provide food inventory
