They have been in business for over 50 years The company offers a laid-back environment with no micro-managing Flexible start and end times Opportunity for advancement Reports directly to the controller Overview of the Financial Analyst: Leverages financial systems for data analysis, research, and report generation Supports Financial Planning & Analysis, overseeing annual financial plan, periodic forecasts, and variance analysis Conducts reconciliations to ensure financial data integrity Engages in collaborative efforts with multiple locations, identifying KPIs and providing insights Analyzing large amounts of data and giving input on process improvements Establishes procedures for financial data integrity Preferred Qualifications for the Financial Analyst Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of relevant experience Intermediate Excel experience, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Index Match, and Macros
